I’m a garden designer based at the southern tip of Surrey in the town of Haslemere. I moved to the area five years ago from north London so have been building up my local practice since then with a blend of large country gardens and some smaller town gardens too.
I feel a responsibility to gently educate clients about how to enhance biodiversity so although they don’t always agree, I try to nudge them into at least considering a pond or area of natural water in their garden scheme.
Outside of family life, I do have a broader design interest in architecture and furniture in addition to the landscape, and I paint whenever I have the chance too.
