DESCRIPTION:11th February 2025 @ 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm by ZOOM \nIn a change to our published schedule\, Andrew Mikolajski ‘s talk is brought forward to February and is by Zoom. \nAndrew is a gardening writer with over 20 years’ experience of writing\, editing\, lecturing and speaking and is the author of 40 gardening titles in gardening magazines and the RHS website. \nHe was a horticultural adviser on the new edition of the RHS A–Z Encyclopedia of Garden Plants and more recently on a revision of the RHS Encylopedia of Plants and Flowers. He previously taught garden design and the RHS certificate at Warwickshire College\, and garden history at the English Gardening School.

DESCRIPTION:14th January 2025 @ 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm \nRosemary Coldstream talks to us about her re-imagining of an old tennis court\, an experimental design using hardcore and gravel to make a low maintenance garden. \nRosemary is one of the UK’s leading garden designers. She is influenced by the lush flora and wide open landscapes of New Zealand where she was born\, but has a passion for English garden traditions. \n \nShe is a multi award winning garden designer and her Feels Like Home garden was awarded Gold Medal\, People’s Choice and Best in Category at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2023\, (photo above). \nRosemary regularly writes and lectures on garden design\, and is a Society of Garden Designers Registered Member\, a British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) Accredited Member and a Society of Garden Designers Registered Practice.
